5/8erl in Ehr'n, an Austrian band from Vienna, was formed in 2006. Known for their "Viennese Soul" style, blending Viennese folk songs, jazz, soul, and blues, they released their debut album Es muss was Wunderbares sein in 2008. After collaborating with David Müller from the Strottern as producer in 2009, they launched Viennese Soulfood Records and released their second album Bitteschön! in 2010. Their third studio album Gut genug für die City (2012) reached number 16 on the Ã3 Austria Top 40 in March 2012. The band won the Amadeus Austrian Music Award for Jazz/World/Blues in both 2012 and 2013, and has won a total of six awards in this category between 2012 and 2021. In 2014, they released Yes We Does, which peaked at number 4 on the Ã3 Austria Top 40. Their eighth album, Burn On, was released in 2025.
