Biography
Formed in 2023, The 355âs are a UK-based indie rock band carving out a fresh space in the contemporary rock scene with a sound deeply rooted in 90s guitar-driven anthems and Northern Soul rhythms. The quartetâcomprising Adam Thompsett (vocals, guitar), Craig Lockwood (vocals, guitar, keys), Robert âBertâ Hammond (bass, vocals), and Mike Fitchie (drums)âblend swaggering riffs, catchy melodies, and soulful grooves to create music that feels both nostalgic and vital. Their debut EP, Jig A Jig Out (December 2023), was recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios in Wales and produced by Nick Brine, whose work includes Oasis and The Stone Roses. The title track became an instant fan favourite, reaching number 11 on the UK Singles Chart. In 2025, The 355âs continued to build momentum with singles like âAlways Youâ and "Sometimes", the latter supporting menâs mental health awareness through a collaboration with The 8:56 Foundation.
