Biography
Born in Lille on October 28, 2002, Theodore Levisse, aka Theodort, is of Beninese origin. He began creating online content at the age of ten with musical parodies and humorous videos, notably caricaturing rappers such as SCH and Nekfeu. His growing success led to collaborations with creators such as Squeezie and McFly et Carlito. In 2023, he made his film debut in Jennifer Devoldère's Sage-Homme. A year later, he announces the end of his online activities, closes his Angevin studio LOAT (Local of All Time) and turns to music, a long-standing passion. After a first attempt in 2022 with the EP On Arrive, he brought his musical project to fruition in March 2024 with the single"Toko Dombi", heralding his debut album Imad, released on May 27, 2024. Inspired by a trip to Cotonou, Imad explores influences from amapiano, coupé-décalé, Congolese rumba and Beninese music. Accompanied by MAD!, Web7 and Lowonstage, Theodort builds a musical universe that reflects his roots and artistic evolution.
