Biography
Tera Melos, an American math rock band from Sacramento, California, formed in 2004. The group was started by Nick Reinhart and Nathan Latona, with Jeff Worms and Vince Rogers joining shortly thereafter. They initially rehearsed for nearly a year before debuting live. Their untitled debut full-length album, released on October 4, 2005, featured eight instrumental tracks. In 2007, Tera Melos released their second EP, Drugs to the Dear Youth, and embarked on their first national tour. In 2008, drummer John Clardy joined the group after Rogers left. The band released the albums Patagonian Rats (2010), X'ed Out (2013), and Trash Generator (2017). Notable songs include "Frozen Zoo" (2010) and "Sunburn" (2014). They toured extensively, performing with acts such as Minus the Bear, The Dillinger Escape Plan, and Chon.
