Biography
Sueilo, real name Louise Benard, is an emerging singer from Reunion Island, active since 2022. She trained at the Ãcole de Musique Actuelle (EMA) in Saint-Leu, where she met her accomplice and guitarist Djoun's. Initially influenced by jazz and soul, she gradually integrated Creole and French into her compositions, giving birth to a unique Afro-urban style. Her songs, such as Geisha, Marie & Ginger and Bedo, explore themes of love, independence and femininity with a clear "girl power" energy. Sueilo stands out for her ability to fuse a variety of influences, from pop to Afrobeat, creating rich, authentic urban music. In 2025, she released the Shatta track"Fé attention".
