Biography

Stella Donnelly, born on April 10, 1992, in Western Australia, is an Australian singer-songwriter and guitarist. She released her debut EP, Thrush Metal, in 2017 while working hospitality jobs. In 2018, Stella Donnelly signed with Secretly Canadian and reissued Thrush Metal in the United States. Her debut studio album, Beware of the Dogs, was released on March 8, 2019, peaking at Number 15 on the ARIA Album Charts and winning Independent Album of the Year at the AIR Awards. In January 2022, Stella Donnelly provided vocals for "Proof" from Methyl Ethel's album Are You Haunted? Her second studio album, Flood, was released on August 26, 2022, debuting at Number 29 on the ARIA Charts. She followed with Love and Fortune, released on November 7, 2025 through Dot Dash Recordings.
