Biography

Star Fucking Hipsters, a punk rock band from New York City, was formed in 2005 by Leftöver Crack vocalist/guitarist Stza and drummer Brandon Chevalier-Kolling. The initial lineup played two shows before disbanding due to Chevalier-Kolling's death. In 2006, Stza began writing new songs with Leftöver Crack drummer Ara Babajian and Ensign guitarist Frank Piegaro, leading to the band's debut album, Until We're Dead, released by Fat Wreck Chords on September 30, 2008. The following year saw the release of their second album, Never Rest in Peace (October 20, 2009), via Alternative Tentacles. Songs include "Two Cups of Tea" and "3000 Miles Away". The band released a third album, From the Dumpster to the Grave, in 2011. Star Fucking Hipsters remained active until 2013 and reformed in 2021.
