Biography

Stage Bottles, a German Oi! and punk band formed in 1993, originated from Frankfurt. The group initially consisted of Alex, Hoschi, and Erik, who had previously played together in Barbapappas. Their first concert took place in 1993, with Manu joining as the lead vocalist at their second show in 1994. Stage Bottles released their debut EP, They Are Watching Me!, in 1994 and followed it with several EPs and albums, including Corruption & Murder (1995) and Big Kick!! (1998). Their music blended experimental punk rock with elements of ska and reggae. The band released notable albums such as I'll Live My Life! (2001), We Need a New Flag (2004), Power for Revenge (2010), and We Need Each Other (2023). They continued to perform regularly in Germany and internationally, including tours across Europe, the USA, Mexico, Canada, and Russia.
