South Club, a Korean indie band formed in 2017, originated from Republic of Korea. Founded by Nam Tae-hyun, who served as vocalist, guitarist, composer, and producer, the group debuted with their first single "Hug Me" on May 26, 2017, included in their EP 90. The band's music is characterized by alternative rock with blues influences. In November 2017, Choi Yun-hee left the group due to personal reasons, reducing the lineup to four members.
