Sonlmor (손을모아) is a South Korean five-member indie band formed in 2023, known for their emotionally charged sound and passionate approach to music. The band consists of Im Joongwon (vocals, frontman), Min Jongmin (guitar, producer), Park Jinyoung (bass), Kim Yeonghwi (drums), and NEUT (producer). Since their debut on September 26, 2023, with the single "Crappy Romance", Sonlmor has been committed to creating music that not only satisfies their own artistic thirst but also paints the world in a more beautiful light for listeners. Their early releases quickly gained attention in the indie rock and metal scene, with singles like "Whisky" (2024) and "I Couldn't Be Your Shade" (2024) showcasing their versatile sound and emotional depth. The release of their EP Wish, Hopes, Desire in November 2024 further solidified their reputation as one of the most promising indie bands in Korea. In April 2025, they followed up with the single "Cool", continuing to explore themes of love, struggle, and longing. Sonlmor’s music is rooted in the desire to connect deeply with audiences, offering sounds that are both intimate and powerful, driven by their vision of making beautiful, meaningful noise for all.
