Biography

Snowblink, a Canadian indie pop band based in Toronto, Ontario, was formed by Daniela Gesundheit and Dan Goldman. The duo released their debut EP Interim at Afton Villa in 2005. Their early career saw the release of two albums: My Oh My Avalanche (2006) and Long Live (2008). In 2010, Snowblink signed with Out of This Spark in Canada and Fire Records internationally, leading to a reissue of Long Live. Their subsequent album, Inner Classics, was released in 2012 under Arts & Crafts. The band collaborated with notable artists such as Feist on the track "How Now" from their 2016 album Returning Current and contributed to compilations like The Al Purdy Songbook. Snowblink has also opened for acts including Jeff Tweedy, Owen Pallett, Great Lake Swimmers.
