Biography
Sixty Watt Shaman, an American rock band, was formed in 1996. The group initially consisted of Daniel Soren on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Joe Selby on bass, Chuck Dukehart on drums, and Kurt Ubersax on guitar. After lineup changes, including the addition of Jim Forrester on bass, Sixty Watt Shaman released their debut album Ultra Electric in 1998. In 2000, they signed with Spitfire Records and released Seed Of Decades. The band toured extensively with acts such as Black Label Society, Crowbar, Clutch, and Corrosion of Conformity. Their third album, Reason To Live, was released in 2002 following the departure of Dukehart and the addition of Pete Campbell on drums.
