Biography

Simon Kearney is a singer-songwriter born on March 28, 1996 in L'Ancienne-Lorette, Quebec, Canada. He is the creator of the term pop'n'roll, which he uses to define his music. He released a debut EP entitled Simon Kearney in 2013. His debut album, La Vie en Mauve, produced by Antoine Gratton, was released in 2015. In 2018, Kearney releases the single "C'pas les raisons qui manquent". The song climbs to #15 on the BDS pop-rock chart. In 2019, Simon Kearney releases Maison ouverte, an album produced by Marc Chartrain, who has also collaborated with Pascale Picard and Daniel Bélanger. Simon Kearney is also guitar accompanist for Vincent Vallières, Patrice Michaud and Pascale Picard. In 2022, he released the album América. This album features a danceable sound that asserts the right to party till you drop.
