Choses Sauvages is a rock, funk and new wave band from Saint-Eustache, Quebec, Canada. Its members are Félix Bélisle on vocals, bass and keyboards. Marc-Antoine Barbier, vocals, guitar and keyboards. Thierry Malépart, vocals, guitar and keyboards. Tommy Bélisle on vocals and keyboards, and Philippe Gauthier Boudreau on vocals, drums and percussion. After releasing an EP in English, the band decided to turn to the language of Molière on their debut album Choses Sauvages released in 2018. It was produced by Emmanuel Ethier, known for his work on albums by artists such as Corridor, P'tit Belliveau, Chocolat and Pierre Lapointe. Very well received by the Quebec press, the album was even nominated in the Alternative Album of the Year category at the ADISQ Gala in 2019 and crowned Indie Rock Album of the Year at the GAMIQ Gala. A second album, Choses Sauvages II, follows in 2021.
