Biography

Seventeen Evergreen is a US musical duo from San Francisco composed of Caleb Pate and Nephi Evans. Their debut album, Life Embarrasses Me on Planet Earth, was originally released in the United States in 2005 through their own imprint Pacific Radio Fire. A remixed and reissued version was later released by Lucky Number Music in 2007 for European and Japanese distribution. They gained traction in Europe, receiving airplay on Rob Da Bankâs BBC Radio 1 show and BBC 6 Music, and performing at the 2007 End of the Road Festival in Dorset. They released material with Lucky Number Music, including the EP Psyentist (2011) and the album Steady On, Scientist! (2012).
