Biography

Seven Places was a Christian rock band formed in 2000 in Medford, Oregon. The group consisted of Seth Gilbert on lead vocals and primary songwriting duties, Jeffrey Gilbert on drums, Tyler Jones on guitar and vocals, Tony Pallotta on guitar, and Dave Luetkenhoelter on bass. Their name refers to the seven places Jesus is described as having bled during the crucifixion, symbolizing atonement and forgiveness. The band released independent material before signing with BEC Recordings. Their debut album Lonely for the Last Time was released in 2003, followed by Hear Us Say Jesus (2004). The group disbanded in 2005 to pursue other projects, with members going on to various roles in ministry and music, including involvement with Kutless and local church leadership. A later album titled Glowing was released in 2007.
