Biography

Semir Cerić Koke, born on May 23, 1963, in Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a Bosnian folk singer. His music career began in 1988 with the release of his debut album Sanja. Koke's subsequent albums include Život me je prevario (1994), Aida / Blago Tebi (1999), and Jednom se živi (2001). His fifth studio album, Koke, was released in 2003. Koke has performed extensively across Europe, the United States, and Australia, catering to large Bosnian migrant communities. Notable hits include "Nek Ti Bude Kao Meni", "Emina" (cover), and "Aida". He has also participated in various festivals, including the Grand Diet Plus Festival 2012 and the Ilidžanski festival 2017 and 2019. Koke's recent singles include "Kafanica Laganica" (2017) and "Sve I Sad" (2019).
