Biography
SeeYouSpaceCowboy formed in 2016 in San Diego, California, by vocalist Connie Sgarbossa, drummer Ethan Sgarbossa, and guitarist Taylor Allen. Their first release was the self-released EP Demo in December 2016, followed by Fashion Statements of the Socially Aware in June 2017. After signing to Pure Noise Records in January 2019, they issued the compilation Songs for the Firing Squad and the single "Armed with Their Teeth" in July 2019. Their debut album The Correlation Between Entrance and Exit Wounds was released on 27 September 2019 and named one of Loudwireâs 50 best metal albums of 2019. In November 2021 they released The Romance of Affliction, ranked the 36th best rock/metal album of 2021 by Loudwire. A third album, Coup de Grâce, was announced for 19 April 2024 and the band disbanded in early 2025 after vocalist Connie Sgarbossa departed.
