Biography
Indian singer, songwriter, and actor Roshan Prince was born on September 12, 1981 in Banga, Punjab India and won the first season of the music reality television show Awaaz Punjab Di in 2006, before kicking off his music career with an album of the same name that year. A duet album with Miss Pooja, Prince n Pooja live, came in 2009 with his breakthrough single arriving three years later via the popular track "Look/Lak". Having carved out a successful acting career alongside his musical one, he has accrued roles in many Punjabi movies, including 2009's Lagda Ishq Ho Gaya, 2014's Ishq Brandy, and 2018's Laavan Phere. In 2021, he began shooting his directorial debut, the movie 13Teen. He has put out releases in the form of Indian devotional music, Bhangra and more, with the "Baygumpura" single emerging in 2017 and "Dil Di Rani" in 2020.
