Rogério de Oliveira Corrêa, professionally known as Roger SomdBoys, is a Brazilian forró singer renowned for his dynamic performances and distinctive red hairstyle. Born in São Domingos, Goiás, he began his musical journey in 2008 as the lead guitarist for the group Forró Boys. Over time, he transitioned to lead vocals, contributing to the band's rise in the forró scene. In 2020, he launched his solo career under the moniker Roger SomdBoys, debuting with the album Respeita o Cabelo Vermelho, which featured tracks like "Fica Piradinha" and "Deixa de Manha." His 2021 release, O Melhor de Roger SomdBoys, continued to build his reputation, offering a mix of traditional and contemporary forró sounds. In 2022, he released Chama na Catraca, showcasing his versatility and commitment to the genre. The following year, Tbt Só as Melhores compiled his most popular tracks, solidifying his place in the forró music landscape.
