Biography

Bobby Balderrama, born Robert Lee Balderrama on February 27, 1950, in O’Donnell, Texas, is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter whose career spans more than six decades. He is best known as a founding member, lead guitarist, backing vocalist, and songwriter for the garage rock band Question Mark & the Mysterians, whose iconic hit "96 Tears" reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1966, helping lay the groundwork for 1960s punk and garage rock.
