Ridley Bent, born Brian Daniel Fowler on January 1, 1979, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is a Canadian singer. Raised in a military family, Bent began his musical career in 2000 in British Columbia, opening for artists like Great Big Sea and Sam Roberts. Bent's albums include Buckles and Boots (2007) and Rabbit on My Wheel (2010), both under Open Road Recordings, showcased a more conventional country sound. In early 2009, his song "Nine Inch Nails" won the Best Country Song category in the 8th Annual Independent Music Awards and Vox Pop vote. Bent has also toured and recorded with his backing band, the Killer Tumbleweeds, releasing their collaborative album Ridley Bent and the Killer Tumbleweeds in April 2018 under Americana North.
