Biography
Red Wanting Blue, an American indie rock group from Athens, Ohio, was formed in 1996 by Scott Terry. The band released their debut album Velveteen in 1996. In 2010, after operating independently for fourteen years, Red Wanting Blue signed a three-album contract with Fanatic Records. They gained initial traction with the release of "Audition" in 2011. Their subsequent albums included Little America (2014), which debuted at number 3 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart and number 31 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Chart. The band released The Wanting in 2018.
