Biography

Dan Lissvik (born 9 January 1978 in Sweden) is a DJ and musician who earned an MFA from Valand Academy. In 1998, he co‑founded the band Alé, which dissolved in 1999 when he moved to Gothenburg to study art. He then created the project Studio and launched the label Service, releasing the 7""The End of Fame" in 2001. Studio’s 12" single "No Comply" (2006) preceded the album West Coast. He has produced and remixed for artists such as Fever Ray, The Embassy and Young Galaxy, and released solo work under the Atelje moniker, including Meditation (2016) and Midnight (2016). In 2021, he formed Under Allt, issuing Mellanrum and, with member Albin Johansson, 3 in 2023; he released three singles for Atelje in 2024.
