Biography
PA69 is a rap formation from Berlin and consists of three members: DJ Dope, Rabatto and Turbogianni. The origins of the three are deliberately mysterious - their identity remains largely concealed and they usually appear in pink balaclavas and spotted camouflage suits. PA69's style is hip-hop, or more precisely: tech rap with references to club and rave culture, paired with ironic, Dadaist lyrics. PA69 formed in 2020, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Their first tape is called Tape No. Two (2020), before gaining notoriety in the following years with energetic live shows in Berlin clubs and at techno and rap festivals. Their "Biertornado" tour starts in 2023 after the song of the same name becomes a live hit. On March 29, 2024, they release their first album Bushalte-Boogie, which bundles their single releases from previous years. Their second album XXL is released on October 31, 2025 via the Four Music label. XXL includes the feature "Ran an die Buletten" with Ikkimel. Their singles paint a picture of attitude and attitude towards life: there are songs such as "Jugenschutzgesetz", "Vollgepumpt", "Energie" (all 2020), "Biertornado" and "Papagei" (2022) through to tracks such as "Komplett Blau" (2025), "Spargelzeit" (2025) and "XXL" (2025).
