Biography
Marten Laciny (December 4, 1982), who goes by the name Marteria, is a German hip-hop performer who started out as an actor and model and had a stint with the rap group Underdog Cru. He made his solo recording debut in 2007 with the album Base Ventura. Other releases include Zum Glück in die Zukunft (2010), Zum Glück in die Zukunft II (2014), Roswell (2017), 1982 (2018) with Casper and Live Im Ostseestadion (2018). Singles include âZum König geborenâ (2009) featuring Son of Dave, âMarteria Girlâ (2010), âBig Bangâ (2013), âScotty beam mich hochâ (2017) and âChardonnay & Purple Hazeâ (2019) featuring Casper. He has also released albums under the name Marsimoto including Halloziehnation (2006), Grüner Samt (2012), Ring der Nebelungen (2015) and Verde (2018). After taking a short break from the music business, Marteria returned in 2021 with the singles âNiemand bringt Marten um,â âEULE,â âParadise Delay,â âMarilyn,â and âLove, Peace & Happinessâ with Ãtna and Yasha, which peaked at Number 75 on the German Singles Chart.
