One Bad Son is a Canadian rock band from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Formed in 2004, the band has included Shane Connery Volk (vocals), Kurt Dahl (drums), Tara McLeod (lead guitar), and Ryan Kuly (bass). The band's debut album, This Aggression Will Not Stand, was released by Versailles Records in 2006. In 2013, the band toured with Buckcherry and released the single "It Ain't Right", which peaked at number 11 on Canadian radio. Their fourth album, Black Buffalo, was released in 2014 and included the top 10 hit "Satellite Hotel". In 2015, the band was chosen to open for Def Leppard and Judas Priest on their Western Canadian tours. In 2017, they released Made in the Name of Rock n Roll, which included the Number 1 hit "Raging Bull".
