Ohrenfeindt is a German rock band from Hamburg-St. Pauli, founded in 1994 by Chris Laut. The current line-up consists of Chris Laut (vocals, bass, harmonica), Pierre "Keule" Blesse (guitar) and Robert "Jöcky" Jöcks (drums). Musically, the band plays hard rock and rock 'n' roll, describing themselves as "full-throttle rock". Ohrenfeindt's discography includes several studio albums, including Schmutzige Liebe (2003), Rock'n'Roll Sexgott (2005), Mit Vollgas & Blaulicht (2007), Schwarz auf Weiß (2011), Auf die Fresse ist umsonst (2013), Motor an! (2015), Zwei Fäuste für Rock'n'Roll (2017), Tanz nackt. (2018) and Das Geld liegt auf der Straße (2020). Their tenth studio album, Wenn der Teufel anruft, will be released in October 2024. The single "Südlich von Mitternacht" will be released as a pre-release single. Other well-known singles by the band include "Es wird Tag auf St. Pauli" (2006), "Fernweh" (2007), "Sie hat ihr Herz an St. Pauli verloren" ( 2011) and "Motor an!" (2015). The band celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024 and remains an integral part of the German rock scene.
