Official Hige Dandism (Officialé«ç·dism), more commonly known as Higedan, is a Japanese pop-rock band from Matsue. It formed in June 2012 in Matsue, with members Satoshi Fujihara (è¤å è¡) (vocals, percussion, keyboards), Daisuke Ozasa (å°ç¬¹ 大è¼) (guitar, backing vocals), Makoto Narasaki (æ¥¢å´ èª ) (bass, saxophone, backing vocals) and Masaki MatsÅ«ra (æ¾æµ¦ å¡å¸) (drums, percussion, backing vocals). Author of 7 EPs designed, and notably Stand by You EP ( ranked #17 in Japan in 2018), Hello EP (#2 in 2020) and Mixed Nuts EP (#3), Official Hige Dandism has also released three very well-received albums in the local charts: Escaparade (#15 in 2018), and above all Traveler and Editorial, which both ranked #1, respectively in 2019 and 2021. Their top-ranked tracks include "Pretender" (no. 9 in 2019), "I Love..." (#5 in 2020), and "Hello" and "Universe " (#2 and #3 in 2021). In 2024, the band put the finishing touches to a fourth album, Rejoice, led by the single "Sharon" , which reached #44 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100.
