Null Device is an American electronic and synthpop band formed in 1995 in the United States. The group was established by students at the University of Wisconsin and initially focused on instrumental electronic music before transitioning to synthpop. They signed with Nilaihah Records in 2002 and released the debut album Sublimation (2002). Their musical style incorporates influences from traditional Arabic and Indian instrumentation. Their discography includes the recordings A Million Different Moments (2004) and Excursions (2007). Following the dissolution of their label, they released two independent records before signing with Distortion Productions. Their recordings include the albums Perihelion (2016) and Line of Sight (2019). Subsequent releases include the recording The Emerald Age (2022). Their discography also features the single âSubliminalâ (2001) and the collaboration âFading Beliefâ (2010) with the band The Dark Clan.
