Biography
Hailing from Montreal, Quebec, where they formed in the early 2020s, the Canadian Nora Kelly Band comprises singer/guitarist Nora Kelly and musicians Michael Feuerstack (pedal steel guitar), Rachel Silverstein (keyboards), Vader Ryderwood (bass) and Ethan Soil (drums). They began performing along a railroad line at the end of town, attracting a growing audience at local gigs. A former member of the band Dishpit, who recorded with Steve Albini, Nora Kelly comes from alternative rock and brings her biting touch to the band's songs. The Perfect Pig EP was released in 2022, followed the following year by the Rodeo Clown album on Mint Records. In 2025, Nora Kelly Band takes part, with Ruth Radelet and the duo Milk & Bone, in the soundtrack to the video game Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, including their track "See You in Hell".
