Nick Fiorucci, born in Canada, is a producer and songwriter known for his work in electronic music. He started his career as a DJ in the 1980s and founded Big Shot Records in 1988 and Hi-Bias Records in 1990. Fiorucci's breakthrough came with his involvement in the group Temperance, where he served as songwriter and producer from mid-1997 onwards. His production work includes collaborations with notable artists such as Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Celine Dion, and Sam Smith. In 2006, he released his EP Need Your Love, followed by albums 11:11 (2007) and All About You (2010). Fiorucci has won several awards, including the Juno Award for Dance Recording of the Year in 1994 for "Thankful" by Red Light.
