Nathan Adams, known professionally as Nafe Smallz, was born on 16 July 1996 in Luton, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, and emerged as a rap artist. Growing up in Luton with a father who worked as a DJ, he initially focused on football before turning to music; at 17 he released the mixtape New Yearâs Eve Special, which attracted early attention. His first chart impact came in 2018 through the sampler Plug Talk, where the track "Broken Homes" with M Huncho and Gunna entered the UK Top 40. The same year he released "Like a Film" with M Huncho, securing his first solo Top 40 entry, followed by "Greaze Mode" with Skepta that reached the Top 20. Nafe Smallzâs debut studio album Good Love was issued on 21 June 2019 and peaked at number 48 on the UK Albums Chart. The subsequent release Goat World on 17 April 2020 achieved a higher peak at number 12, marking his most successful album to date. In 2022 he released the single "Elegance" and the album Legacy on 27 May 2022, while High Profile followed on 23 June 2023. His next project, Ticket to the Moon, was released on 16 February 2024 and peaked at number 26 on UK Hip-Hop & R&B chart. Following the release of the joint mixtape Neighborhood with Chip in July 2024, Nafe Smallz returned in January 2026 with It's Not You It's Me, featuring Clavish, Aitch, M Huncho, Young Adz and NorthSideBenji.
