Biography
Myth & Roid are a J-pop band formed in 2015 by guitarist, pianist and producer Tomohiro Oshima and the songwriter known as hotaru with vocalist Mayu. Tracks including 'L.L.L.', 'Anger/Anger', 'Style Helix', 'Paradisus-Paradoxum', 'Theater D' and 'Jingo Jungle' have featured in Japanese anime productions. They released their debut album, 'eYe's', in 2017 and later that year Mayu left to be succeeded by the singer known only as KIHOW. She sings on their second album 'Hydra' with the title track, which features in the anime 'Overlord II'. Their 2019 release 'Shadowgraph' features in the anime 'Boogiepop and Others' while 'Remembrance' is heard in the movie 'The Saga of Tanya the Evil'.
