Me and That Man is a Polish rock group formed in 2016 by Adam Darski, leader of Behemoth. Darski collaborated with John Porter on their debut album "Songs of Love and Death," released March 24, 2017, which blended folk, country, and blues elements. The album reached number 3 in Poland and also charted in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Following the release, Darski and Porter toured Europe with two supporting live musicians. In summer 2018, Darski parted ways with Porter and began working solo on subsequent albums. New Man, New Songs, Same Shit, Vol. 1, released March 27, 2020, featured guest vocals from notable artists such as Ihsahn (Emperor), Nicke Andersson (Entombed), Matthew Heafy (Trivium), Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour), and Brent Hinds (Mastodon). The album achieved number 4 in Poland.
