After a first cover of a Christmas song, "The Christmas Song", new titles follow in 2022, including "Rare", "Oh Baby!", "Above the Clouds" with Fred Tesco and "Don't Cry for Me". After "Like I Do", "Tingles" and "Movie Popcorn" in 2023, Matthew Ifield continues in 2024 with "Just Say the Words" and turns his attention to his debut album, A Christmas Album, several tracks of which are enjoying success on music platforms, particularly in Asia. The single "I'll Be Home for Christmas" is accompanied by a cover of Elliot James Reay's "I Think They Call This Love".
