Biography

Mansour Jafari Mamaghaani, known professionally as Mansour, was born on July 28, 1971, in Iran. He is a singer specializing in Iranian traditional music and Arabic pop music. Mansour's albums include Ghayeghe Kaghazi (1998) and Divooneh (2002). In June 2009, following the Iranian presidential election protests, Mansour recorded "Nedaye Eshgh," a song symbolizing freedom and hope. He also participated in local protests in Los Angeles. Mansour's discography spans various labels and includes collaborations with artists like Mahasti and Hayedeh on the remake of "Vedaa (Shab-e Eshgh)."
