Biography

Ivorian zouglou singer Manoo Lele, whose real name is Amani N'dri, exploded onto the scene in 2002 with the track "Prend mon cra". He followed this up in 2004 with the album Code de Vie, featuring tracks such as "Destin", "Super cendrier" and "Triste réalité" , and the album 6ème Sens in 2009, with tracks such as "Kalvé et son bled", "Jehova", "Bouffonnerie " and even "Mythomanes". Now settled in France, where he works as an ambulance driver, he also launched a clothing brand in 2010, while pursuing his musical career less intensively. For example, he released the Éléphant Il Est l'Heure EP in support of the Ivorian soccer team at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Prioritizing his career in fashion, he is nevertheless back in the studio from time to time, as in 2023 when he released the track "Gratitude".
