Biography
Luni is a French rapper, singer and producer born on May 12, 1992 in Melun. Originally from Champigny-sur-Marne, where he grew up, he draws his inspiration from American R&B of the 2000s and artists like Drake and Ty Dolla $ign, while developing a personal, introspective universe. In 2017, he initiated a series of four conceptual EPs, Noir, Rose, Orange, and Bleu, each reflecting a particular emotion or mood, ranging from melancholy to festive energy. These experiments culminate in the 2019 album Krome, which synthesizes the different facets of his artistic identity. After a break, Luni returns in 2021 with the X7 EP, enhanced in 2022 by the XX7 reissue. This project testifies to his ability to collaborate with a variety of artists, including Take a Mic, Tobias Dray, Abou Tall, Mister V and Slimka. Luni distinguishes himself by his involvement in the composition, mixing and visual aspect of his projects. In September 2023, he released AHBON MIXTAPE, an 18-track project, followed in August 2024 by the Retropack EP. After the album ASTROMUSIC in 2025 comes ATHANASE in 2026.
