Louis Koo Tin-lok, born in Hong Kong on October 21, 1970, is a highly successful actor and film producer who first rose to fame through popular 1990s television series like The Condor Heroes 95 (1995), Detective Investigation Files IV (1999), and A Step into the Past (2001).
