Lost Witness, an English trance duo consisting of producer and DJ Simon Paul, also known as Si Paul, songwriter Edward Barton, and vocalist Danielle Alexander. The group was formed in 1998 and is recognised for their contributions to the electronic music genre. Their debut single "Happiness Happening" was followed by their second single, "Red Sun Rising", in 1999, marking their initial breakthrough in the industry. Notable other singles from this period include "Did I Dream (Song to the Siren)" and a cover of Tim Buckley's "Song of the Siren" released in 2002. Throughout their career, Lost Witness collaborated with various artists and produced several notable tracks. In 2010, they re-released "Red Sun Rising", which received airplay from BBC Radio 1 DJ Judge Jules. Their collaborations include working with Sugababe and former Eurovision entrant Jade Ewen on the track "Fly" in June 2013, 2022's "It's OK" (With Phoebe), and more.
