Biography

Lords of Black, a Spanish metal band from Madrid, was formed in 2014 by guitarist Tony Hernando and vocalist Ronnie Romero. Their debut album, Lords of Black, released in May 2014, featured notable tracks such as "Nothing Left to Fear" and "The Grand Design." The band gained international recognition, performing with acts like Gotthard, Unisonic, and Helloween. In 2016, Lords of Black signed with Frontiers Records and released their second album, II. Their third album, Icons of the New Days, was released in May 2018. In January 2019, Ronnie Romero left the band, and Diego Valdéz took over vocal duties for part of the year. At the Leyendas del Rock festival in August 2019, Dino Jelusic performed most of the vocals. The group announced their fourth album, Alchemy of Souls, Pt. I, with Ronnie Romero returning in May 2020.
