Elizabeth Pattinson, born 14â¯Novemberâ¯1983 in London, United Kingdom, is a British singer known as Lizzy Pattinson who emerged in the dance and electronic music scenes. She began her career providing background vocals for the 2008 film Twilight and for composer Carterâ¯Burwell, later recording on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn â Partâ¯1 at Abbey Road Studios in 2011. Pattinsonâs first commercial release was the album Summerâ¯Son on 22â¯Mayâ¯2006. She gained a breakthrough in 2007 when she became lead vocalist for the German duo Milkâ¯&â¯Sugar, contributing to their Numberâ¯1 Billboard Hot Dance Club Play hit "Letâ¯Theâ¯Sunâ¯Shine". In 2014, she competed in the eleventh series of The Xâ¯Factor, reaching the top six in the Overâ¯25s category before elimination at the judges' houses.
