Liquid Graveyard, a British progressive death metal band, was formed in 2006 by John Walker, frontman and guitarist of Cancer, Adrian de Buitléar, ex-bassist of Mourning Beloveth, and vocalist Raquel Walker. The band's early releases included the demo Criministers (2008) and their debut album On Evil Days (2009), released under My Kingdom Music. In 2011, they released The Fifth Time I Died through Rising Records. Liquid Graveyard later recruited notable musicians Shane Embury and Nick Barker to record their third album, By Nature So Perverse, which was released in 2016 on Sleaszy Rider Records.
