Biography

Len Graham, born in 1944 in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, is a traditional singer and song collector. His father, a fiddler, introduced him to local music sessions at a young age. In the 1960s, Graham traveled around Ireland recording folk songs and befriended singers like Joe Holmes. He won the All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann traditional singing competition in 1971. His first solo album, Wind and Water, was released with Topic Records in 1976. Throughout his career, Graham collaborated with various artists, including John Campbell and Brian Ó hAirt, touring extensively and releasing numerous albums such as Do Me Justice (1983) and In Two Minds (2012). His work has been recognized with awards including the Seán O'Boyle Cultural Traditions Award in 1992.
