Biography

LEEPARAN is a South Korean three-member indie band formed in July 2023 and debuted on December 12, 2024, with the single âtree, forest, a boy.â Led by singer-songwriter Shin Ayoung, the band creates music rooted in modern rock and folk rock, combining retro-inspired band sounds with lyrical storytelling about youth, solidarity, and human relationships. Their music is characterized by sentimental lyrics, repetitive melodies, dynamic live performances, and energetic instrumentation. The group consists of Shin Ayoung (vocals, songwriting, composition), Kim Junho (bass), and Kim Yoonsu (keyboard), all of whom graduated from Lila Art High School. Their discography includes the singles âBlueâ and âWelcome to Smile City!â (2025), as well as âwe all say, good byeâ and âEasy Go!â (2026).
