CEIGHT (세이트) is a South Korean co-ed rock band known for pursuing an ideal intersection of hard rock, pop, and metal. The band debuted on June 27, 2023, with the maxi single "Take Me Away". The group's origins trace back to the dissolution of their previous band, 4Seconds, in 2022 following a dispute involving their former agency. Founding members Yang Seungwon (leader, guitar), Yoo Chanwoo (bass), and former drummer Yeonju subsequently formed a new band, adopting the name Ceight (C.EIGHT). To expand their sound, vocalist Park Hyewon and guitarist Daeun, both associated with the girl band Lorights, initially joined as session members before becoming official members. In 2023, original drummer Yeonju departed to pursue music activities overseas and was replaced by Jung Sunho, a founding member of Synsnake. Daeun entered an indefinite hiatus in August 2024 for personal reasons, leaving the active lineup consisting of Seungwon, Chanwoo, Hyewon, and Sunho. Ceight's discography includes the maxi single "Take Me Away"(2023), the singles "W" (2024), "SAKON" (2025), and "STERN" (2026), as well as their first full-length album SEE THE EIGHT(2025).
