Biography

Lee Juno (born Lee Sang-woo on February 10, 1967) is a South Korean business executive, professor, and former singer, dancer, and record producer. He gained fame as a member of the legendary group Seo Taiji and Boys, where he, alongside Yang Hyun-suk, was responsible for the group's iconic dance performances. The group revolutionized K-pop in the early 1990s, blending Western hip-hop and rock influences into the Korean music scene. To avoid confusion with a popular singer of the same name, Lee Sang-woo adopted the stage name Lee Juno, a fact he shared in his book My Story. After Seo Taiji and Boys disbanded in 1996, he ventured into artist management and production, helping launch acts such as Young Tux Club, Honey Family, and Poppin Hyun-jun. Beyond entertainment, Lee Juno transitioned into business, taking a leadership role at Berry Store in 2020 as vice president. His solo music career includes the album 6 Mill Bionic Jono (2000) and several singles, including "My Story" (2005), "전하고 싶은 말" (2011), and "내가 바라는 세상" (2025).
