Biography

Lasse Marhaug, born on September 10, 1974, in Norway, is a musician known for his work in noise music. He began his career in the early 1990s and released his first album, Nothing But Sound From Now On, in 2001. Marhaug's discography includes notable works such as The Shape of Rock to Come, released in 2004. He has collaborated with a wide range of artists, including Mats Gustafsson, Merzbow, and Paal Nilssen-Love, and has been involved in various projects such as Nash Kontroll, DEL, and Testicle Hazard. Marhaug's album The Shape Of Rock To Come was ranked number 19 on Dagsavisen's list of the best albums in Norwegian history in 2007. He has also run several record labels, including TWR Tapes and Pica Disk.
