Lady Maisery, an English folk vocal harmony trio composed of Hannah James, Hazel Askew, and Rowan Rheingans, formed in 2011. Known for their traditional and contemporary folk songs, they released their debut album Weave & Spin in August 2011, earning nominations for the Horizon Award at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and Best Debut at the Spiral Awards. In March 2013, they released a charity single "This Woman's Work" to mark International Women's Day. Their second album Mayday followed in June 2013. Lady Maisery collaborated on the Songs of Separation project, which won Best Album at the 2017 BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards. In October 2016, they released their third studio album Cycle. Their latest Tender was released in 2022, which led to two album tours.
